At the end of 2014 UCPS made a massive investment into the piling and geotechnical drilling activity of the company in order to offer a complete service in that sector. Without hesitation UCPS employed the necessary professional staff and has undertaken several Geotechnical Investigation and Piling Projects. The presence of UCPS in these very highly specialised and technical lines of activity, has changed positively the Building and Construction Industry of the Seychelles. We are proud to say today that UCPS can offer a complete service in the Construction world, starting from the Geotechnical assessment of the substratum, the design of the foundations, the undertaking of these foundations (in their various forms) and the building itself.
